How to use Agilebin Five Whys

Agilebin Five Whys offers a seamless platform for uncovering root causes in distributed Scrum teams. No setup or login is required.

Initiating a Five Whys Session

To initiate a new Five Whys session on Agilebin, navigate to the Five Whys page and provide a title for the session. Click on the "Create New" button, and a new session will be created. The session initiator assumes the role of facilitator and shares the session link for team members to join.

Conducting a Five Whys Investigation

Access the Five Whys module and select "Start Investigation." Fill in essential details such as the problem statement, and proceed to ask "why" iteratively to uncover deeper layers of causality. Document responses and delve into subsequent "why" questions to identify root causes effectively.

Updating a Five Whys

Navigate to the Five Whys Register, where you can select the investigation you wish to update. Modify relevant fields such as the problem statement, responses, and identified root causes. Save the changes to refine the investigation and facilitate actionable insights for the team.

Facilitating a Fishbone Session

Team members can engage in Fishbone sessions facilitated by the initiator. Visit the Agilebin Fishbone page and participate in collaborative discussions to analyze and address complex issues. Contributing insights and viewing session notes fosters team collaboration and problem-solving.
