How to use Agilebin Risks

Agilebin Risks provides a free, easy-to-use online board for managing risks in distributed Scrum teams. No setup or login is required.

To add a New Risk

To start a new risk on Agilebin, go to the Agilebin Risks page and provide your risk name. Click on the "Add Risk" button, and a new risk will begin. The person who starts the session becomes the facilitator and should share the session link with team members so they can join.

Create a Risk

Navigate to the Risk module and click on the "Add Risk" button. Fill in the required fields, including the name, description, probability, and impact, then save the risk.

Update a Risk

Go to the Risk Register and select the risk you want to update. Modify the necessary fields, such as probability, impact, and mitigation plan, then save the changes.

Monitor and Review Risks

Regularly check the Risk Register and use risk reports to analyze and monitor risk status. Adjust mitigation plans as needed based on new information or changes in project scope.

Join the Risk

To join an risk, you need to be part of the team and have the access of risks provided by the facilitator. Go to the Agilebin Risks page and check the risks access to join. Once in the session, you will see risk notes from other participants. Add your risk notes and view notes from other members.
